Big To Do! was a FileMaker Pro project. Had I finished it, the intention was to distribute it as shareware like ToolBOX, which is described elsewhere. Unfortunately, I never did finish it, and I can’t remember why exactly, although I suppose it had something to do with the fact that there were already a million similar things out there.

Fortunately, I did not waste too much time on it. Portions were reused from ToolBOX, and I used some date algorithms I still remembered from a recent programming class to build the calendar.

One cute feature: Big To Do! took advantage of Mac OS text to speech capabilities, so you could click a button and have your upcoming To Do Items recited to you while you rummaged around for your car keys.
