Thanks for visiting. Since we never go anywhere, this may be your only chance to see us. While our web home is located on a hard drive somewhere in New Jersey, our real home is in Springfield, Virginiaabout 10 miles south of Washington, DC. You’re welcome to visit us there, too, assuming we haven’t been vaporized.
You may find it humorousconsidering the lack of contentthat Jon worked on this site on-and-off, in one unfinished incarnation or another, for four years! Oh well, it’s done now … mostly … more or less …
What’s Here
The pages under the Household tab pertain, for the most part, to individual family members. These pages may never amount to much. Jon is getting burned-out and Karen never had much interest in contributing in the first place. Clicking on the remaining tabs will lead you to collections of photos and videos, our guestbook and our journal.
“But It Looks Kind of … Weird”
There is some slightly tricky HTML throughout the site that may confuse some web browsers, particularly older ones. We apologize if our site looks crappy in your browser. Other items of note:
- If you’re blocking pop-ups and you don’t exclude our domain, our online status monitor won’t function.
- If you’ve disabled JavaScript, our site is hosed. Period.
- To view the videos, you’ll need QuickTime.
- If you don’t have a broadband connection, you may find the whole experience rather painful.
Other than these issues, the site has been tested and appears to function okay on the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla, Firefox and Safari.
Please take a few moments to sign the guestbook. Jon is desperate for evidence that his effort wasn’t a complete waste of time. |
